Besides free and pay-per-listing property submissions you can charge for publishing properties on a recurring basis using “Membership packages”.

Create unlimited packages and set package details (such as package price, period, number of included regular and featured listings) for each package individually.

On the left you can see our example package “Medium”.  It allows to publish 50 regular and 10 featured listing and costs $149/year.
